Inviting applications for the role of a Customer Master Data with English
Responsibilities
- Participate in creation of Master Data Community of Practice
- Building good relationships with Customers
- Being a part of the category innovation projects
- First Point of Contact for business in case of any problems/issues/questions
- Responsibility over resolution and communication concerning registered business complaints
- Change management coordination (new settings, ways of working) including cascading agreed ways of working to the team
- Feedback on request stage for business; First Point of Contact in case prioritizing needed
- Business training organizing in case of knowledge gaps
- Communication to the business on costing monitoring as per agreed way of working
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Very Good English skills min. B2
- Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge
- Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast
- Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly
- High motivation and willingness to learn
