Inviting applications for the role of Customer Service Pricing Specialist
We are looking for the candidates willing to join us to work for great organization and our customer - Unilever
Responsibilities:
Pricing Masterdata management
- Process pricing conditions or rebate agreements creation/change requests in SAP after execution of relevant approvals
- Ensure Pricing Masterdata processes are done in compliance with related financial controls
- Seek additional information from CD or other functions if needed
Price Control management
- Perform daily price control related operations
- Ensure price control tools are working correctly, spotting gaps and raising them to relevant teams
- Perform month end activities related to price control
Price Claims management
- Investigate price claims received according to country-specific process
- Perform credit/debit notes creation in SAP for valid claims
- Ensure Price Claims processes are done in compliance with related financial controls
Qualifications
- Very good overall computer skills (MS Office - focus on Excel,) knowledge of SAP as an advantage
- Basic orientation in programming (VBA)
- Problem solving and decision making ability
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English, Italian as an advantage
