Inviting applications for the role of Coupa Specialist - Senior Process Associate – English
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining Coupa system and related applications
- Accountable for implementing Change Requests according to client requirements in Coupa and related applications
- Supporting Release Management activities
- Responsible for answering user & supplier queries related to Coupa system and related applications
- Take a leading role in supporting systems to streamline and automate processes
- Review existing processes and data quality to assess the adequacy of information for client reporting, and implement changes as required
- Participating in projects
- Preparing tools to improve processes
- Updating standard operating procedures as per the changes in the process
- Providing internal/external training
Qualifications
- Minimum relevant experience in this field
- Advanced level of English, min B2
- Economics, Finance or IT University Graduate
- Analytical skills and Proficiency in MS office (mainly Excel)
- Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Able to effectively run multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and detail-oriented
- Strong customer orientation
- Proactivity, open-minded and ability to learn
- Work under time pressure
- Knowledge of cXML and API connections is advantage
