Accenture Operations helps clients achieve new value and productivity from their business processes by applying analytics, process acumen and industry expertise to the transactional data and processes we manage and operate on our clients’ behalf.

As an Order Management Manager, you will:
  • Be a Single Point of Contact for Service Delivery Operations Client
  • Provide support to the Client for Operations Delivery related matters
  • Act as the escalation point for Client implementation of process improvements, including six sigma, operational excellence, innovation framework
  • Proactively improve client satisfaction and customer relationships working with Client Leadership
  • Support sales opportunities and validate expected delivery capability for Operations
  • Build a strategic development direction
  • Drive cost efficiency
  • Manage employees delivering the client service, including their professional development
  • Work in multinational environment
Job Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in managing teams in SSC BPO environment within F&A area
  • Knowledge of OTC – Order Management life cycle and understanding of SOX Process Control 
  • Working knowledge and experience with OTC metrics
  • Understanding of Supply Chain and DSCSA regulation requirements (nice to have) 
  • Experience in  Pharma / Life Science industry ( an asset)
  • SynOps Client Data Protection Tool working experience
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically on problem solving
  • Experience working with global services
  • Experience in multinational organizations
  • Experience in the development of business performance and compliance metrics and multi function background including and understanding of Procurement, Finance or other capability
  • Change management experience
  • University degree qualifications in accountancy, economy, management, psychology as an asset
  • Very good English (C1)
  • Ability to drive significant change while coaching and developing the teams
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
  • Readiness to travel occasionally
