Customer Service Professional with Croatian

Your daily tasks:  
  • Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);   
  • Aswering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;  
  • Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality.
What do we expect from you?
  • Language: Proficiency in Croatian (C2/native) and English (B2)
  • Experience: Cool if you have experience in medical project 
  • Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;   
  • Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.

Working conditions:
  • Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract);  
  • Basic salary + bonuses;   
  • Work environment: Fully remote across Poland.
