Customer Service Specialist with foreign languages

What you’ll do:
- Provide phone-based technical and product support
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Answer customer questions about product functionalities
- Log all requests into the system
Requirements:
- Fluent in one of these languages (B2+):German, Bulgarian, Romanian, Estonian, Czech, Slovak, Lithuanian, Latvian, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Serbian, Croatian, Slovenian
English at B1/B2 level - Basic understanding of everyday devices
- Communicative, positive, eager to learn
- Availability: minimum 120 hours/month
- Confident computer and typing skills
