Sales Agent / Representative
Do you have experience to work as an agent for a brand in your market, have you worked or collaborate as an agent/sales representative to B2B clients for a (new) brand in your market based on commission?
Do you have an portofolio or a network of business to introduce Mendola fabrics curtains in their range? Then we are looking for you to join our efforts and help distribute Mendola fabrics on polish markets.
Join our team at Mendola Fabrics Romania as a Sales Agent/Representative for Poland, where youll spearhead our expansion efforts in the interior textiles industry. Youll manage client relationships, develop new markets, and oversee sales operations to drive growth across Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Polish channel SME sales strategy to achieve new clients and sales.
- Identify, qualify, and capitalize on commercial opportunities with specialized curtains stores, design showrooms and retail chains, excluding distributors in order to achieve the target prices in the market .
- Cultivate fruitful relationships with key contacts across textiles/curtains companies.
- Review market dynamics to adjust pricing and stay ahead of competitors.
- Negotiate partner agreements with companies in your market.
- Ensure support in order processing and timely delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales meetings with the clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales as agent or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time relashionship skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as German, is a plus.
Skills:
- Team spirit and dynamism.
- Sense of initiative.
- Textiles or interior textiles market knowledge is a big advantage.
